Privacy notice

This notice covers the public imagine website and the early-access form on it. If you have not filled that form, we hold nothing about you beyond ordinary web-server logs. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party pixels on this site.
1 · Who we are
imagine is a product of fadafad, built and operated by HODO, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. For the information described here, HODO is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
2 · What we collect, and when
We only collect personal data when you choose to submit the early-access form. There is no account, no login and no tracking on this page.

We do not ask for, and the form cannot accept, financial information, government identifiers, or any health information.
3 · Why we are allowed to hold it
Your consent, given by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. That is the only basis we rely on for this data, and you can withdraw it at any time (see section 7). Withdrawing is as easy as giving it was.
4 · What we do with it
One thing: we contact you about early access to imagine, normally within 24 hours. We do not sell your details, we do not rent or share them for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use them to build an advertising profile. We do not use this data to train AI models.
5 · Who can see it
The small early-access team at HODO, and nobody else. Your details are not sold, not rented, not shared for anyone else's marketing, and not published anywhere. No other customer, organisation or outside company is given access to them.
Getting that message to our team means it travels the way any message does — through the messaging and email providers that carry it. They carry it; they do not get to use it. Under our agreements with them they may process it only to deliver the message and for no purpose of their own. Some of them operate servers outside India, so your details may cross the border in the course of that delivery.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Nobody else receives it.
This section is only about the form on this website — the four fields in section 2. It is not about your company's data inside imagine. That lives in your own workspace, isolated from every other organisation on the platform, is never used to train AI models, and is never sent to any outside channel unless you connect that channel yourself.
6 · Where it is stored, and for how long
Submissions are stored in our own database, on our own server, in an access-controlled administrative area. Access is restricted to the small team who handle early-access requests, and connections to this site are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
We keep an early-access request for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so — see below.
7 · Your rights, and how to use them
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Know what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it.
- Correct or complete it if it is wrong or out of date.
- Erase it, and withdraw your consent, at any time.
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not satisfy you.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
Email hodo@hodo.in from the address you signed up with, or tell us the WhatsApp number you used. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for any of this.
8 · Cookies
This page sets no cookies — no analytics, no advertising, no third-party pixels. It also makes no request to any other company's servers — even the fonts are served from this site, so nobody outside HODO learns your IP address from your visit here.
If you go on to sign in to the imagine application itself, it sets one essential cookie to keep you signed in. That is covered by the terms you agree to inside the product, not by this notice.
9 · Children
imagine is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted the form, tell us and we will delete it.
10 · Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use existing early-access data will be notified to the contact details you gave us.
